PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a resistance by obtaining a detection voltage by passing the output of an amplifier through the 1st switching capacitor circuit and another amplifier having the 2nd switching capacitor circuit and an integral capacitor in a feedback loop. CONSTITUTION:The output of an amplifier 2 is applied as a detection voltage to the amplifier 11 through the 1st switching capacitor circuit 9 and another amplifier 11 having an integral capacitor CA and the 2nd switching capacitor circuit 10 as a feedback loop. Under the control of a clock pulse phi and a phi', each MOSFET is turned on and off. In response to the clock pulse phi, a capacitor CB is charged and a capacitor CC is discharged. With the clock pulse phi', the charge of the capacitor CB is applied to one terminal of the amplifier 11, whose output is charged in the capacitor CC to charge the potentials of the capacitors CB and CC in the integral capacitor CA, so that its voltage is supplied as the detection voltage to the positive terminal of the amplifier 2. |
