Appts. for the gelatinization of grain comprises a drumshaped casing(3), a feeding member(1) at the upper portion of the casing, a delivering member(1a) at the lower portion of it, a main shaft(10) fixed with a spiral member(13) & an upper rotatable plate(8), and a hollow shaft(12) fixed with the other spiral member(20) & a lower rotatable plate(8a). In the feeding & delivering members(1,1a), the rotatable plates(8,8a) with 8 through-holes(9,9a) are disposed between the set plates(6,6a,7,7a) with 2 slots, respectively.
