PURPOSE:To produce a triangular winding coil body with high productivity, by a method wherein a winding core is inclined to a flyer shaft, turns to hold the winding core slantwise are provided and a wire is wound by hanging on the turns. CONSTITUTION:A winding core 7 is provided by inclining a shaft line by a predetermined angle to the rotary shaft 3 of a flyer device 1 feeding a wire 6. Furthermore, more than a pair of turn plates 9 and 10 to hold the winding core 7 slantwise are provided. The flyer tip 4 is rotated by a locus passing the center point O of the winding core 7, and the winding core 7 is also rotated at a predetermined rate, and a triangular-winding coil body is formed on the winding core 7 while the wire 6 is being bent by hanging the wire 6 on the turn plates 9 and 10. In this case, with the wind core 7 rotated at d/2.[(1/pir)<2>+(1/w)<2>]<1/2> rad. to one turn of the flyer, the wire is successively wound in alignment. |
