PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture, by forming in one body a transparent substrate for a solar battery, and a transparent substrate for a liquid crystal displaying body, and also using an electrode, etc. in common. CONSTITUTION:A glass substrate 3 is cleaned enough, and after that, a conductive film whose main component is an indium oxide is formed uniformly on the glass substrate 3 by means of vacuum vapor deposition. An electrode containing a lead wire terminal for liquid crystal and a solar battery is formed by photoetching this conductive film. After that, a liquid crystal display area and a terminal part are shielded, and an amorphous silicon layer is precipitated by a high frequency plasma discharge method. On the silicon layer is provided an electrode such as aluminum, etc., and it is connected to a series connection between each battery 1, and a terminal part 5. Subsequently, only a terminal part of the lowest part is covered with a shielding plate, an insulation film is provided on the whole surface, and after that, an adhesive layer is screen-printed on the peripheral part of a liquid crystal displaying area, and a liquid crystal case is manufactured by doubling it with other substrate. |
