The cooling circuit is for a power plant and has a floating base, with a water distributor and a warm water conveyor. It is provided with a grid housing (7), positioned to form a gap (9) with the base. The lower part of the base (1) has a lower section (8), at a relative angle to it. The water distributor consists of layers of pipes (2) with nozzles (3). The nozzles in one layer are staggered to those in the next.
