<p>A method of making a concrete tile comprising the steps of casting, extruding, drawing or otherwise forming the body of the tile, applying a cementitious slurry to the surface of said body and, before the slurry layer has cured, applying to said layer an aqueous emulsion of a film -forming polymeric material; characterised in that the body of the tile is formed with a moisture content of less than 8%.</p> |
