PURPOSE:To enable the titled apparatus to be used for various kinds of packages, by providing separate chutes which supply frames and bases in the apparatus for DIP type packages, and providing the guiding devices which can guide the packages having different sizes. CONSTITUTION:The frame chute 18 is formed by the protruded part of a heat block. The narrow frame 10 is placed on the tip surface and guided from the inside. Guiding members 32 and provided on both sides of the chute 18. The leg parts of the wide frame are guided by the tips of the members 32 from the outside. A guiding groove 34 is provided in a base chute 20. The wide base is guided by the groove 34. A plurality of members 38 are placed in the groove 34, and the narrow base 12 is guided. In this constitution, the different types of packages having different sizes can be heated and transferred, and the pellets are mounted, by using one apparatus. Therefore, the space and mounting cost can be saved, and the operating, efficiency can be improved. |
