发明名称 CONTINUOUS IMMERSION PLATING METHOD FOR ONE SIDE OF IRON HOOP MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion strength of a plating film by applying ultrasonic vibrations on the bottom surface of an iron hoop material at the time of plating one side of the iron hoop material by revolving plural rollers immersed half in a hot dipping bath and running the iron hoop material thereon. CONSTITUTION:Plural hollow cylindrical rollers 2 are immersed except their upper half into a molten bath 4 of metal to be plated. While these rollers 2 are being revolved, an iron hoop material 1 having undergone pretreatment is placed thereon. The bottom surface of the material 1 is subjected to one side plating by the bath 4 pulled up by the revolution of the rollers 2. In this case, the ultrasonic vibrations generated by the ultrasonic vibrating plates 3 fitted slightly in the rollers 2 are transmitted to the bottom surface of the material 1 through the molten bath in the clearances 5 between the inside surfaces of the rollers 2 and the plates 3 and the rollers 2, whereby the bottom surface of the material 1 is activated, and the adhesion strength of the adhered plating film is increased.
