<p>Compounds having the formula I (FORMULA) wherein the symbols have the meanings given in claim 1. Also derivatives, physiologically acceptable and susceptible of hydrolysis are included, derivatives wherein the hydroxy group in position 2 of the lateral chain 3-amino-propoxy is esterified, and the salts thereof. All these compounds have, as a pharmacological activity, an anti-arhythmic action and block the adrenoceptors (Alpha) and (Beta). Consequently they may be used as drugs. They are obtained by amination, optionally followed by esterification. </p> |
