PURPOSE:To perform uniform painting in a short time by dipping a substrate to be coated in the state in blowing low pressure air into a powder resin of which the bulk is lowered down to a prescribed rate in a dip painting method of electronic parts such as film capacitors. CONSTITUTION:High pressure air is supplied into a dipping tank 1 via an air supplying pipe 8, a space 4 and a filter 3 by opening a high pressure side solenoid valve 7 to put the powder resin, such as epoxy resin, in the dipping tank into a highly bulky suspended and fluidized state, after which the valve 7 is reclosed and at the same time, a vibrator 9 is operated to reduce the resin into a less bulky state. Thence, the vibrator is stopped and low pressure air is supplied by opening a low pressure side solenoid valve 7', thereby maintaining the bulk of the powder resin in the less bulky state. Thence, a scraper plate 10 is moved to level off the surface height of the powder resin, after which a substrate to be coated is dipped without any resistance into the powder resin which is kept less bulky and smoothly flowing, whereby it is painted. |
