摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the electron efficiency of an electron emitted from a filament to exchange energy with a cavity oscillator by setting the tip section of an anode blade piece which is opposed to the cathode in a fine porous form. CONSTITUTION:For anode blade pieces 10, 10..., their tip sections opposed to a filament 1 are stuck to a fine porous body, for example, a nickel mesh, and an even number of them are fixed at an equal interval and radially on the inner surface of an anode cylindrical body 6. An electron emitted from the filament 1 follows a trace which is similar to a cycloid curve and collides with the fixing surface 13. The angle of collision approximates to the tangent of the collision point. As a result, the energy lost as a thermal loss when the electron is bombarded can be minimized.
