CONSTITUTION:A signal of 256Hz is inputted to 1/2 frequency dividing circuits 1-10, by which the BCD code signals S14-S17 resembling to 100Hz and the BCD code signals C18-S21 of 10Hz are formed. At this time, the 6 states of the BCD codes of 10Hz and the timings of the BCD codes of 100Hz are detected by an AND circuit 30, and the 256Hz signal is added by each one period so that the 10Hz signals S18-S21 are made to have accurate periods. If a 1-second signal is formed from these 10Hz signals, the 1-second signal is accurate. |
