PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for an initial setting, by independently securing an initial setting for a time switch. CONSTITUTION:The storage contents of holding memories 3 and 9 plus time switches 2 and 6 are uncertain in case when a fault is recovered or a power source is thrown in. In such case, the control signal is supplied to a control part 1 from a control device to perform an initial setting to memories 3 and 9 as well as to switches 2 and 6. When a spurious normal test is carried out n a system, a data opposing to a parity law is supplied intentionally from an input highway 7, and the test for system is executed. This data remains within the swtich 2 even after finishing the test. In this connection, an initial setting is needed for the switch 2 in order to secure a normal state immediately after a spurious normal test. To give an initial setting only to the switch 2, the control signal that gives an initial setting only to th swich 2 is supplied to the control part 1 from the control device. |
