The device is intended to be easy to operate, to have a high measurement accuracy, to permit time-critical spectral movement analysis, and to prevent superimpositions and overlaps when recording the optical signals. This is achieved according to the invention by having the device consist of at least three sensors which adopt a polygonal arrangement and whose measured values can be matched with one another in a temporal sequence and can be continuously interrogated by a central unit in the form of data series.
