<p>The tool (10) consists of drawing ram (11), surrounded by sheet holder (12) and a drawing ring (13) with recess (14) with a dia. accommodating the thickness of the sheet between the drawing ring and the ram. The tool (10) is mounted on table (15) of a press bottom part (16) with a lower connecting plate (17), in which a number of power cylinders (18,19) with pistons (20,21) are provided. The press table has passages (22,23) into the cylinders accommodating spacer bolts (24,25) resting against the top surfaces of the pistons (20,21) with one of their ends and against sheet holder (12) and drawing pad (11) with the other ends. The power cylinders (18) acting on the sheet holder (12) are connected to a hydraulic system on one hand and with power cylinder (19) on the other hand. The connection is effected by channel (26) with valve (27). Due to this device pistons (20) and (21) always move in opposite directions.</p> |
