The corroded concrete structure was repaired in 5 steps. (I) Sand Blasting: the corroded surface of the structure was cleaned by sand. (II) watertight treating: the cleaned surface(1) and hole was intercepted from water by installing culverts and drain pipes. (III) Anchoring: anchors(3) were inserted between cement wall(6) and coated cement(7). (IV) adhesive coating adhesive(e.g. acrylic polymer) was coated on the surface of the structure. (V) Guniting: dried concrete mixt. was fed by compressed air, and then water and hardener were mixed and sprayed through an injection nozzle.
