The machine removes burrs from the ends of a piece of a metal tube (5), using revolving wheels (37) at a set axial interval on a common axle (36). The wheels are identical, using rim notches (38) to locate the ends of the workpiece tubes (5) aligned parallel to the axle and rotating to pass the tube ends through motorised brushes (2) at each extremity. The axle is capable of orbital movement (7) about a parallel axis (32), retracting laterally to aid disc (37) change. The axle may span the side walls of a closed housing (31) which pivots about the axis (32), and the discs may comprise semi-circular plates bolted to smaller discs keyed to the axle.
