PURPOSE:To obtain the drying method and drying device for granular substance, which is capable of drying the granular substance, such as a microcapsule and the like, without agglomerating it. CONSTITUTION:A freezing, evacuating and drying device 10 is constituted of a spray unit 15, spraying solution 13, in which substances to be dried are dispersed into solution 12, a freezing unit 20 for freezing the sprayed solution 13 to be dried, a trapping unit 20 for collecting solvent 12 sublimated from the frozen solution 13, a vacuum pump 30 and a compressor 35. |
