<p>The lighting fitting for a long slender light source has lower part with circuit components and lamp housing. The lighting fitting ensures that light is projected in all direction without shadows and it is used for table, standard and suspended lamps. The lamp housing (12) has an inner transparent support (32) which encloses the light source. The housing is enclosed by light scattering envelope (30). The light source can be readily removed from the support which has sockets at its ends for the light. The support has grooves for accommodating power cables for the light and the top end of the support has a detachable cap (62) for protection.</p> |
