PURPOSE:To prevent the reoccurrence of a read error by controlling the phase difference between information and a synchronizing signal in the direction of not producing the error before the group in which the error occured, in said group at the rereading of information blocks. CONSTITUTION:Means 3, 4, 8 which divide the information groups segmented to block units further to groups wherein N pieces of information are made one group, a means 7 which stores in which number of the group an error occured, a means 5 which examines the phases of the information and its synchronizing signal at the point of time when the error occured and judges the extension or reduction of the information, and a means 6 which controls the relative synchronizing positions of the cynchronizing signal and the information at the time of performing rereading by this judgement output, are provided. At the time of rereading the information blocks, the phases of the synchronizing signal and the information are controlled in the direction of not causing the error from the several groups before the group that caused the error, for said group. |
