<p>The cooking utensil, consists of a first (1) and second (8) pressure cooker. From the bottom of the latter cooker extends a steam-proof duct (6) passing to the top space of the first pressure cooker (1). Where the duct joins the second cooker, its ends in a hollow coil (9) coming out in the centre of the base. The second pressure cooker (8) has a gap between the base and a perforated false bottom. The steam duct is controlled by a tap (7) positioned near its entrance to the first cooker.</p> |
