PURPOSE:To perform the recording of a plant in high density and to grasp the status at reproduction efficiently, by recording the monitored information in the form of compression in time, recording the past status, and analyzing the causes to failures through the obtained operating status for monitored objectives at the occurance of the failures. CONSTITUTION:Start and stop of a video recorder 7 and the insturction program to be stored are provided in a computer system 2 in advance, and a recorder 7 is started or stopped with a scheduled timing from the system 2 based on the timer element of the system 2 itself. Further, a control instruction RC recording a video signal VS is outputted from the system 2 and the recorder 7 records a picture VI in the form of signal VS based on it. Thus, the recording of video information in the form of compression in timing can be made through intermittent recordings. Further, the past status is recorded and the operating status of monitored objectives at the occurance of failures is obtained to analyze the causes to the failures. |
