PURPOSE:To prevent the load applied to a strain gauge from becoming more than a given value by incorporating an elastically deformed body in order to convert the change in load into a large change in length, and providing stoppers at the position of said change of given length. CONSTITUTION:A strain gauge 2 is secured to a securing part 3, an elastically deformed body 4 is connected to the lower side of the strain gauge 2, and a load part 6 is connected to the lower side of the elastically deformed body 4 through a movable plate 5 to constitute a connected system 1. Below the movable plate 5, stoppers 7 are provided so as to keep a preset displacement limit. When displacement is more than that caused by a given change in load, the connected system 1 is supported by the stoppers 7. |
