<p>PURPOSE:To enable the movement of the stack and the variation of a position of an outgoing terminal by a method wherein a clamping bolt through hole formed in a mounting side plate to which a main body of the semiconductor rectifying stack is made a long hole or an arc-shaped long hole. CONSTITUTION:After cooling media 2 are provided on both sides of a flat-type rectifying element and in addition, an insulated spherical seat, a pressure side plate and an elastic pressure-attachment plate are provided, those are pressure-fixed by tightening the same with locking nuts threaded on the clamping bolts 9. The mounting side plate 13 is perforated with the arc-shaped long holes 14 at the upper and lower parts and bent outward at the top end and the bottom end, and the bottom end is detachably fixed on a mounting plate 11B in a cubicle board by means of locking nuts 12B. The main body of the semiconductor rectifier stack is fixed to the clamping bolts 9 passing through the mounting side plate 13 with locking nuts 10B. Thereby, the outgoing terminal 6 can be easily moved by moving the clamping bolts 9 as far as a prescribed position (e.g. by angle theta) to be fixed.</p> |
