<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the book stock management, by setting a check area of one bit per one book of the bookstock. CONSTITUTION:Missing number book code list 11, arranged book code list 12, and final register book code 13 are provided. On missing number book code list 11, book codes to be defined as missing numbers are recorded continuously by the manual key input or the like when lost books are confirmed. On arranged book code list 12, bar codes recorded on books in bookstacks are read and recorded. Final register book code 13 is updated each time a new book is accepted, and this code has the maximum value in book codes consisting of a series of numbers. Consequently, all registered book codes are generated by holding the final register book code. Bit ''1'' is written in an address corresponding to the book of the missing number in table memory 19, thereby facilitating the check work.</p> |
