PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of distortion and cracking by securing barlike chillers around a metallic pipe buried in a hollow shaped mixing vane along its longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:A metallic pipe 1 is buried in a mixing vane 6 along its longitudinal line. Plural pieces of barlike chillers 2 along the longitudinal direction are melt-stuck circumferentially on the outside of said metallic pipe 1. Then, melting of the pipe owing to the heat of molten metal does not occur during casting of the vane, and the flow passages for cooling wate etc. are assured. In addition, there is no need for making the wall thickness of the pipe thicker than required and the occurrence of distortion and cracking is obviated. |
