<p>The mechanism transports heavy items such as safes up and down steps, and comprises a supporting frame on two or more steps and with horizontally-adjustable rails for the item. A lifting frame is supported on two or more steps and has a horizontally-adjustable platform lifted and lowered by a drive mechanism. When unloaded, each frame can be moved in relation to the other one. The rails can form a conveyor, being equipped with roller tracks, over which inverted-U section rails fit, supporting the item.</p> |
