PURPOSE:To change over blocks simply and positively by mounting a mechanism, which can freely connect and detach one arbitrary block feeding base to and from automatic block feeding means, to a block housing shelf into which a plurality of block feeding bases are arranged in parallel. CONSTITUTION:When printing by means of blocks installed to block cylinders 1a, 1b is completed, an impression cylinder 3 is separated from a blanket cylinder 2, a paper feeding retractor 24 is also stopped and paper 23 for printing is stopped. Automatic block feeding and discharging devices 20a, 20b are worked, the blocks are removed from the block cylinders 1a, 1b and the blocks are discharged and housed to block discharging bases 16a, 16b through block discharging sections 29a, 29b.
