PURPOSE:A hair cosmetic having more synergistically increased dandruff preventing effect than individual use of each of two components, comprising a pyrithione type compound and colloidal sulfur. CONSTITUTION:A hair cosmetic comprising a pyritione compound shown by the formula I (M is Na, Mg, or Zn; n is a number corresponding to the number of metal M) or II and colloidal sulfur. The cosmetic exhibits the synergistic effects of both the components, has more extremely increased dandruff preventing effects than a cosmetic comprising each component alone. Commercial colloidal sulfur can be used directly, and the separation and removal of a nonionic surface active agent added for dispersion stability is unnecessary. The blending ratio of pyrithione type compound to colloidal sulfur is 8/2-3/7 by weight, the total amount of both the components blended is 0.3-3wt%. |
