PURPOSE:To obtain variously coated color lenses free from color shading for glasses by kneading starting material for org. resin lenses with a dyeing agent and carrying out reflection preventing treatment, working for forming hard coats or anticlouding treatment. CONSTITUTION:A monomer for an org. resin such as allyldiglycol carbonate resin is mixed with a disperse dye as a dyeing agent, and the mixture is injected into mold glass and molded into lenses. The molded lenses are washed with ultrasonic waves and set to a vacuum depositing device to deposit silicon oxide, alumina and zirconia on the lens surfaces in a predetermined thickness. Thus, reflection preventing coat films are formed. The color of the molded lenses is not changed at all from the color of the lenses obtd. by polymn., and the molded lenses are free from color shading. |
