PURPOSE:To obtain a printed picture of desired size freely by a simple means, by enlarging or contracting a picture signal, outputted from an image sensor, in terms of time. CONSTITUTION:For a copy of nonmagnification, i.e., corresponding to original P1, controller 35 outputs nonmagnification setting signal M1. Consequently, a pulse from the 1st oscillator 31 is supplied to FF circuit 40. To take a copy of original P1 while contracting its size to half, controller 35 outputs two-power setting signal M2. Therefore, a pulse from the 2nd oscillator 32 is supplied to circuit 40. In this case, the oscillation frequency of oscillator 32 is set 2 times that of oscillator 31, so respective cycles of shift pulse phi1A-phi2B outputted from FF47, and reset pulse phiR and sampling pulse phiS outputted from AND gates 44 and 45 vary to 1/2 of those of nonmagnification. Thus, a hard copy of original P1 whose size is contracted to half is obtained. A copy enlarged to double-size original P1 is similarly obtained. |
