PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of the record player, by providing the front cover in front of the player cabinet and by making the power source switch conductive while interlocking with opening of the front cover. CONSTITUTION:Front cover 4 has the lower part supported pivotally by the bottom plate of the player cabinet, and the upper part is adsorbed and held by magnet catch 33 provided on the ceiling plate of the player cabinet. Rotation number change-over knob 11 and main switch SO are provided to the inside of front cover 4, and power source switch SP which becomes conductive while interlocking with opening of front cover 4 is provided in a proper position of the player cabinet. Therefore, power source switch SP is turned on or off by opening or closing of front cover 4. |
