Benzimidazolinone derivs. (I) and acid addition salts were prepd. Thus, formula(2) was condensed with formula(3) to give formula(4), and formula(4) condensed with formula(5) to give formula(6) in the presence of sodium amide. And then, formula(6) was reduced to give title compds. The title compds. are used as antiemetic.
