A silicone rubber pack exposing toes is provided to prevent horns from being formed on a user's heel by making a user's sole moist and to facilitate the circulation of blood. A silicone rubber pack exposing toes includes an insertion hole(29), a cut portion(28) and a protrusion portion(30). The insertion hole is formed to be cut on the front side of a silicone rubber pack(27) and to make user's toes exposed therethrough. The cut portion is formed on the upper side of the silicone rubber pack to make the top of the foot exposed therethrough. The protrusion portion is formed on the bottom surface on the inner side of the silicone rubber pack to prevent slipping and to stimulate the user's sole.
