FIELD: shoe industry, in particular, structure of ready-fitted insole for increasing weight of footwear, and weighted footwear having such an insole. ^ SUBSTANCE: footwear has lower sole and/or middle sole made from high-density synthetic resin for intensifying the effect of physical exercise, and insole. Ready-fitted insole has lower insole made from high-density synthetic resin, upper insole lying on lower insole, and shock-absorbing member attached to heel part of lower insole. Ready-fitted insole is made from high-density synthetic resin for increasing weight of footwear using said ready-fitted insole. ^ EFFECT: increased weight of footwear for imparting desired extent of absorbing loading applied to footwear without necessity for additional shock-absorbing means. ^ 21 cl, 13 dwg |
