<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the overrange of measured output and improve measurement accuracy by detecting <=100% of a measuring range scale and changing over the measuring range. CONSTITUTION:Mutually opposing analog switches 1a-1d and 7a-7d are connected discretely to the four output terminals of a counter 5. As a switch 1a is turned on, measurement is made in the 1st measuring range, and as a switch 7a is turned on, the standardized signal of the measured value of the 2nd measuring range is inputted to a comparator 3. This signal takes the value larger than reference voltage E0 to near 20% of the 1st measuring range, and when the measured value goes to <=100% by the 2nd measuring range, it lowers to below the value of E0, and the switches 1b and 7b are turned on in place of 1a, 7a. With such constitution, the measuring range is changed over by detecting <=100% of the measuring range and therefore the overrange of the output is prevented and the measurement accuracy is improved.</p> |
