A method for optimizing the reparative regeneration of the periodontal tissues in postimplantation period in the patients with the partial dentition defects comprises sampling the peripheral blood in dynamics on Days 14, 30, 90, and 180 post-implantation, the microscopy of the samples, the assessment of the sensitization. When necessary, hyposensitization therapy is initiated. Each blood sample is divided in two portions. To one of them, the allergen to staphylococcus or streptococcus is added. Then both portions are treated cytochemically and analyzed microscopically. The damaged neutrophils are counted and the damaging index for neutrophils is calculated. When the damaging ratio exceeds the normal value, the preparations of the standard bacterial allergens are provided. |
