PURPOSE:The titled quickly crystallizable resin composition, which is prepared by compounding a thermoplastic polyester with an alkali metal salt of a higher fatty acid obtd. by the addition of a fatty acid with an 2-olefin having above a specified number of carbon atoms, as a crystallization accelerator. CONSTITUTION:An alkali metal salt of a 26C or higher fatty acid is obtd. by the addition of a fatty acid such as propionic acid or butyric acid, with a 23C or higher alpha-olefin having a double bond at the terminal, followed by neutralization with an aqueous alkali solution. Then 100pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester is compounded with 0.1-10pts.wt. alkali metal salt obtd. as a crystallization accelerator, to prepare the purpose resin composition. |
