PURPOSE:To simplify the entire operation possibly, by giving the restart function to the automatic tuning operation and making unnecessary the repetitive operation until the desired station can be received. CONSTITUTION:When the starting switch 11 is operated, the automatic tuning circuit 12 is operated and the operation of the circuit 12 changes the reception frequency of the tuner 13. This frequency change feeds stop signal to the circuit 12 from the reception detecting circuit 14 at the presence of reception frequency, to stop the channel selection operation. At this operation, the stop signal and smooth start signal are fed to the restart circuit 15 at the detection circuit 14. Further, the restart signal is fed to the circuit 12 in a prescribed time interval from the restart circuit 15, the stop operation by the stop signal is stopped, the circuit 12 is driven again the frequency of the tuner 13 is changed until desired station can be received, and when the desired station is received, the restart releasing switch 16 is operated into reception state. |
