PURPOSE:To exercise excellent data control by printing the total data of the commodity sale amount, that of the deduction amount and that of the amount of deduction by classifying them by divisions. CONSTITUTION:If deduction key 10 is set while a registration mode set signal is inputted from control switch 2, CPU1 sets the deduction flag memory of RAM14. Then, as the commodity sale amount and division code are inputted with ten keys 6 and then division key 8 is operated finally, calculation processing regarding the commodity sale amount and deduction rate data is performed to calculate the amount after deduction and the deduction amount. Then, the deduction amount and the commodity sale amount with no deduction are totalized and the division code, commodity sale amount, deduction rate, and deduction amount are printed out on printer 30 successively. For example, if a registration transaction is done in a day, switch 2 is set in reckoning mode. In reckoning mode, the total data of the commodity sale amount and deduction amount are read out and while those are printed out, the total data of the amount after deduction is calculated and printed out. |
