PURPOSE:To lessen labor for control and storage by causing a memory unit memorize adjustment conditions with each comparative test piece every comparative test and automatically setting adjustment conditions for the comparative test piece according to test material to be tested. CONSTITUTION:A system probe 16 employing component parts 1-15 composing the known conventional vortex probe as such is used. This system probe 16 is connected to a microcomputer 18 through an interface 17. An input into and an output from the computer 18 are instructed by means of CRT/KB19. The pickup, output of set conditions are recorded by a typewriter 20. First, a proper number is set on a comparative test piece and the optimal conditions are set using standard artificial flaws on the comparative test piece. In this case, CRT/KB19 is used to set pickup conditions for adjustment and when sensitivity adjustment has been completed, the said conditions are memorized by the computer 18 through the interface 17. Thus all the conditions are clarified only by specifying the proper number of the comparative test piece. |
