PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds that are modulators of the C5a receptor, and pharmaceutical compositions, comprising at least one of the compounds.SOLUTION: Compounds are provided that are modulators of the C5a receptor, where the compounds are substituted piperidines.
