<p>PURPOSE:To widen the application of a timer by providing a child device which warns when a parent device is provided for transmitting time data to a child device and two conditions, one condition of which is that the time data transmitted from the parent device are constant and the other condition of which is that the environmental intensity of illumination is constant, are realized. CONSTITUTION:A recess 10 in which a child device 2 is secured in a case 3 of a parent device 1 is formed, and in the case 3 an LCD display part 4 exhibiting two two-digit numbers, one is hours and the other is minutes, a power source ON/OFF switch 5, figure keys 66 inputting numeral numbers 1, 2...9, 0, a hour registering key 7, a minute registering key 8 and a transfer key 9 which transfer data to the child device 2 are provided. Further an LED display part 11 is provided in the recess 10. On one hand a photodetector or the like is provided in the child device 2. In the arrangement the figure key 6 of the parent device 1 is manipulated, time data are input and transferred to the child device 2. On the other hand the child device 2 receives the time data from the parent device 1 by being secured in the recess 10 of the parent device 1. Therefore, the child device 2 is detached from the parent device 1 and clocking the time is started. When clocking output matches time data, continuous sounds are produced from a buzzer circuit.</p> |
