The method of attaching an injection nozzle (3) to a connector (1) mounted on a support (4) uses a spring clip (6). This has a cross piece which fits over the cylindrical body (11) of the connector, carrying two arms (8) held against the side of the cylindrical body, terminating in two inwards projecting flanges (12). Each arm has a rectangular slot down it, through which protrudes a small part (10) of a flange around the body of the connector, at its front. This locks the clip to the connector. The two flanged ends (12) are shaped to fit into a groove (13) around the enlarged end (2) of the nozzle body, gripping it with its end projecting inside the connector, where it is fitted with a sealing ring (5). |
