Two clips, gripping the segments, and spaced so as to overlap, with moving carriers alternately protruding into the inner and outer profile, and with a wedge, feature in plug connection for mine support segments with channel-shaped profile. A fixed clip (3) is attached to the head of the inner segment (1) so as to leave an open space at the bottom for insertion of the outer one (2). A moving clip (4) is attached to the inner segment, so as to slide with the edge (5), which lies across the direction of thrust and ahead of the outer segment, with support in apertures in the sidewalls of the moving clip.
