PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid supply device which enables improvement of the maintainability of a concentration detection device, and to obtain an image formation device.SOLUTION: A liquid supply device 11 includes: a passage 80 in which a liquid to be provided to a sheet flows; a case 98 fixed to the passage 80 and including an introduction port 98B for introducing the liquid from the passage 80 and a lead-out port 98C for leading out the liquid to the passage 80; and a concentration detection device 86 which is attached to the case 98 so as to open and close or be removed and has a detection part 108A which detects concentration of the liquid and is located at a position facing the case 98.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
