PURPOSE:To permit to perform the effective mixing by a simple structure by a method wherein the mixing apparatus is constituted from two static mixers and a space between both mixers is connected by two branch pipes with different lengths from each other. CONSTITUTION:The first static mixer part 1 is constituted by a mixing cylinder having the static mixer 3 mounted therein and two supplied liquids A, B are mixed therein and the resulting liquid mixture is divided into the first branch pipe 5 and the second branch pipe 6 with a different length at a branching point 4. Even if the sufficient mixing is not carried out in the first static mixer 1 and a lump like layer of the liquid A or B is generated, two liquids are freely divided into both branch pipes 5, 6 and both liquids are united in a meeting flow passage 9 of the second static mixer part 14. In this case, because the divided lump like layers are joined into joining flow fork 9 in a condition with a time lag each other as well as impinged against nonporous parts between passing ports 11 of a diffusion plate 10 and, after flowed backward and went around, passed through the passing ports 11 to be again mixed in the second static mixer 14, the mixing without lump like layers is carried out. |
