<p>PURPOSE:To process a signal without decreasing a speed even if the number of I/Os to be connected to the bus line has increased, by providing a gate circuit on the way of the bus line, so that this bus line can be disconnected. CONSTITUTION:On the semiconductor substrate are formed various circuit blocks 10-13, I/O's 14 connected to the respective blocks 10-13, and data buses a-d which are formed in common through the respective I/Os 14. Also, a gate circuit 15 which is able to transfer a data in two directions is provided on the way of these buses a-d. In case when a data is transferred from the block 10 to the blocks 11, 13 in said circuit configuration, the data processing is executed by switching on the circuit 15. On the other hand, when a signal is exchanged between the block 10 and 12, the circuit 15 can be switched off. In this way, in case when a data is processed between the blocks 10, 12, the data buses a'-d' are disconnected, and the floating capacity and the junction capacity which are parasitized after the circuit 15 are removed.</p> |
