PURPOSE:To minimize the total reading time by deciding the presence or absence of a drawing processing material within a relevant picture drawing device against a segment whose charge is already decided and searching for a drawing device having the corresponding paste out of the adjacent drawing devices when the absence of said processing material is decided to define said drawing device as the relevant charge. CONSTITUTION:The presence or absence of a drawing processing material is decided within a relevant picture drawing device against a segment whose charge is already decided. When the absence of said processing material is decided, a drawing device having the corresponding paste is successively detected out of the adjacent drawing devices and defined as a charging device by a program. Thus the processing conditions and the number of drawing devices are defined as parameters and C.B. is turned into a segment. Then the NC data is produced at every drawing device which takes charge of each segment. Thus the NC data can be transmitted to each corresponding drawing device. As a result, even a beginner operator of a picture drawing device can produce and distribute the NC data with which the drawing process is operated in an optimum way.
