PURPOSE:To stably insulate the connector of the conductor at the end of a coil to a lead cable core wire by winding a sealing material and an insulating tape on the outer periphery of the connector, sealing the end of the lead cable and then immersing resin therewith simultaneously with the winding. CONSTITUTION:The insulating film 3 of a coil end 1 is exfoliated to expose a conductor 2, the insulating film 6 of a lead cable 4 is exfoliated in a tapered shape A to expose a core wire 5, while both are abutted and soldered. A self-adhesive rubber tape 7 is wound as a sealing material on the outer periphery of the connector, and an insulating tape 8 such as mica or the like is wound on the outer periphery thereof. After a resin seal 9 is covered on the end of the lead cable 4, nonsolvent resin is immersed and cured simultaneously with the winding step. Thus, the insulation of the connector B can be stably conducted, the immersed resin is not penetrated into the core wire 5 of the cable 4, and the flexibility thereof is not lost. |
